1. Acceptance and authorized access
By accessing or using this application, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Access is limited to administrators expressly authorized by WOW Digitals. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
2. Purpose of the application
The application provides tools for contact management, consent and suppression records, official WhatsApp Cloud API connectivity, approved message templates, campaigns, customer conversations, automation, delivery reporting, and operational auditing.
3. Messaging responsibilities
You may message a person only when you have a lawful basis and any consent required by law, Meta, or WhatsApp. You must:
- use accurate consent records and approved WhatsApp templates;
- identify the business truthfully and avoid misleading content;
- honor opt-out, STOP, suppression, and deletion requests promptly;
- comply with Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Commerce Policy, and applicable communications and privacy laws; and
- avoid spam, purchased lists, harassment, unlawful discrimination, fraud, malware, or prohibited goods and services.
4. Meta and third-party services
The application depends on services operated by Meta and other infrastructure providers. Meta controls its APIs, permissions, account review, messaging limits, template approval, pricing, and enforcement. We do not guarantee that Meta will approve or continue supporting an account, number, template, permission, or API version.
5. Data and security
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of data uploaded to the application. You must not disclose App Secrets, access tokens, passwords, verification codes, or other credentials. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected portions, interfere with queues or webhooks, impersonate another organization, or use unofficial WhatsApp automation through this application.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, provider changes, or business operations. Scheduled messages can be delayed by hosting, queues, network availability, Meta limits, account status, or third-party outages.
8. Intellectual property
The application, its original interface, documentation, and software are owned by or licensed to WOW Digitals. Meta, Facebook, WhatsApp, and related marks belong to their respective owners. No affiliation or endorsement is implied beyond use of official authorized services.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the application is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. WOW Digitals is not responsible for Meta decisions, recipient devices, carrier delivery, third-party outages, or losses caused by unauthorized, unlawful, or noncompliant use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risks, policy violations, unlawful messaging, credential compromise, or other material breaches. Following termination, information is retained or deleted according to the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service, provider, security, or legal changes. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
